Delivery Methods: We generally ship UPS ground; however, we can usually expedite delivery for a modest cost if desired. We can ship US Mail, Federal Express, or any common carrier, depending upon the situation.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns on headphones, loudspeakers, microphones or wireless microphones unless these items fail to perform to factory specifications. On products other than special orders, we will charge a 20% restocking charge if the product is returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
